Adopt a Tree at Queenswood Arboretum

What Type of Tree can I Adopt?

At Queenswood you can choose to adopt a mature tree or with patience, a new sapling once planted, and if you have a particular tree species in mind, we will do our best to help. It costs £300 to adopt a tree at Queenswood which includes an adoption post, dedication plaque, an entry in the Queenswood Treefinder and a 10 year Tree Guarantee.

Commissioned by Queenswood Coronation Fund, Queenswood Treefinder is a database of the specimen trees in the Arboretum’s collection which you can use to help you search for and select a tree for adoption. You can search for trees by botanical name, common tree name or tree number, and you can use the interactive mapping feature to choose a tree by location.

Please note that Queenswood is a maturing arboretum and for this reason there are very few young saplings now planted on site; this is to allow the older specimens space to flourish and achieve their full potential.

Treefinder is populated with information about the trees by Herefordshire Wildlife Trust and is used as a management tool behind the scenes.
