About the event

Join us for an introduction to the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku or forest bathing. Expect to be immersed in nature, where we will take time to notice the details through a series of ‘invitations’ that tap into our senses.

Shinrin-Yoku is scientifically proven to improve our health and wellbeing by reducing stress and balancing the nervous system.

Take some time out for yourself to reconnect with nature in a session that will be tailor-made to our surroundings at Queenswood.

The session concludes with a guided mindfulness meditation, herbal tea and a sweet treat.
