About the event

Can’t tell a Small White from a Green-veined White or a Small Skipper from an Essex Skipper, maybe even a Holly Blue from a Common Blue? This is an opportunity to learn at one of the best sites for butterflies in the county and easy reach of the city.

Come and join us for part or all of the day and look for some of the butterflies of Herefordshire. In the morning there will be a walk round the North Side with butterfly experts Martyn Davies and Bob Hall emphasising ‘Butterfly Identification’. It is a session for all but beginners are especially welcome with Martyn and Bob taking you through the habitats and behaviour which are guides to butterfly identification.
