Ledbury Young Poets Competition 2025: Exploring the Theme of HOPE in partnership with Herefordshire Libraries and Herefordshire Wildlife Trust

Ledbury Poetry has announced the launch of the annual Ledbury Young Poets Competition, set to begin on Tuesday, April 1, 2025.

This year’s theme is HOPE, offering young poets the chance to explore this powerful emotion through poetry. This might be hope for our planet, for change and empowerment led by young people. It might be hope for our families, for our friends and ourselves. It might be hope for people or hope for animals. Hope for friendship, community and to live in a more caring world.
