General Site Visits and Reports
Whether you own some land and want a broad overview of what significant habitats and species are present, or if you have just bought a field that you think has the potential to be made into a haven for wildlife but you want an external opinion on what the options are, we can conduct a general site visit succeeded by a corresponding report to get you started.
In a typical scenario, we would conduct a walkover survey of your land holding and in our report summarise the key important habitats and species present, as well as provide general advice on how your site can be enhanced and managed appropriately, with acknowledgement of your own ideas and vision. This is merely an example however; such visits can be highly tailored to your needs and interests.

Our Fees
Per hour £72 incl. VAT (Visits only)
Half Day £240 incl. VAT (Visit & small report)
Full Day £480 incl. VAT (Visit and reporting)
Grant Scheme Application – 10% of total overall claim plus VAT
Annual Renewal Fee/year - £600 incl. VAT
Soil Testing – at cost price from the laboratory plus VAT
