Wildwood Birthday Parties at Queenswood

We create the space for the children to enjoy!

Hosted by our trained Wildplay Rangers, children enjoy time in our forest school site hidden away at Queenswood Country Park & Arboretum. Children are free to choose how and where they play whilst we provide all the kit for:

* Den building
* Hammock swinging
* Mud kitchen
* Woodland/nature creations
* Fire - Popcorn making over the fire is always a hit!
* Woodland inspired games

 The space is there for the children to enjoy, relax and have fun.

The party structure: children and parents meet in the Queenswood adventure play area until all the children have arrived. A member of our team will then take the children to our woodland site for 1.5 hours of activities.

After the woodland activities, our team member will guide you to your chosen picnic spot.

You might like to consider hiring the Pizza oven (£35) which can be lit and prepared for you to cook in. Anything from pizzas to bread rolls.

Available each Saturday, party sessions run from 11 am to 1.30pm.
Cost: £300
(includes one free parking permit but other attendees need to pay for parking)

We can accommodate up to 16 children per party. Additional parents are welcome to stay and join in the fun but as a minimum we require you to bring one adult for every 5 children under seven years, and for children over seven years, we require you bring one adult for every 8 children. Two members of staff (first aid trained) will be with the group on arrival and during the woodland party.

Younger siblings are welcome but need to be supervised by parents who are staying for the entire time. We endeavour to take the children outside in all but extreme weather conditions. We ask that parents include on the party invitations that children come dressed for the weather.

After the woodland activities and games, our staff will escort you to the picnic site for you to enjoy your birthday feast. If you would like to, you can also hire our lovely woodfired pizza cob oven to make and cook your own pizzas after the party. Hire is £35 from 10-3pm.

You will receive an invoice for 50% which needs to be paid to secure your booking. This is non-refundable. You will receive a second invoice a month before the party for the final 50% of the payment. (The cancellation policy is still the same.)

Cancellation policy:

1. If WildPlay should cancel — a 100% refund will be provided to the customer
2. If the customer should cancel — a 50% refund will be provided to the customer
