About the event
Join Phi Evans to make a small basket using basketry willow she has grown in Herefordshire. We will be using this year’s harvest (usually willow is dried and resoaked to make it pliable) which gives the opportunity to appreciate the myriad of colours that willow has and to see how they change as the basket dries. This is a good opportunity to start weaving and have fun. All tools and materials provided.

Dogs
Dogs must be kept on leads within the main visitor areas and the woodland. Dogs may be off leads in the arboretum but under close control at all times.
