61^st Annual General Meeting

The first part of the 61^st Annual General Meeting for the year 2023-4 was held on Tuesday 8^th October.

Agenda

1. Consider and adopt the trustees’ annual report for 2023/24. 
2. Consider and adopt the annual accounts and auditor’s report thereon for 2023/24. 
3. Appointment of the auditors for 2024/25. 
4. Any other business.

Under Section 324 of the Companies Act 2008, a member is entitled to appoint another person as his/her proxy to exercise all or any of their rights to attend, speak and vote at a meeting of the Herefordshire Wildlife Trust.  Forms of Appointment of Proxy may be obtained from the office of the Herefordshire Wildlife Trust.
