Following on from the publication, last year, of his book The Biodiversity of the Doward and Symond’s Yat West,  naturalist Ian Draycott has now released an annotated catalogue of the biodiversity of the area.

Free to access, the catalogue lists over 5,000 species, illustrating the astounding biodiversity of the area.

Ian says:

“This publication is intended to share the information and lay down a benchmark to identify any future changes in species composition. Hopefully, it will also play a role in raising awareness of the richness of the biodiversity in this small area and explain the need to protect and enhance the special habitats on this ‘patch’.
