Event details

Wed, 27/03/2019 - 7:00pm - 9:00pm

Join the City Branch of Herefordshire Wildlife Trust for this interesting talk with Nigel Hand.

The urban garden is an important habitat for many species with amphibians, frogs, toads and newts frequent visitors and are now an important habitat stronghold, as many farm and village ponds have disappeared or been lost to development.

Nigel has many years experience working with the UK’s amphibians and reptiles and will introduce the species most often encountered and describe what can be done to encourage them into our gardens.
